Ol’ Fashioned #SDTweetup at Firehouse American Eatery

You may have already RSVPed (over 65+ RSVPs already), and if so you’re in the know and can help by sharing this post to your social networks, but for those that haven’t, we’re throwing a good ol’ fashioned #SDTweetup May 27th at the newly remodeled Firehouse American Eatery, featuring their new appetizers. I’ve also enhanced the social media celebration by inviting my good friend Black Magic Spiced Rum to the party, and so we’ll all be able to enjoy their fine spirits as well (of course, as long as we bring our ID showing we’re over 21).

For those new to Tweetups, they are meetups where Twitter followers meet up and get to know each other better. We’ve done dozens of Tweetups in San Diego (using the hashtag #SDTweetup), but with the advent of Instagram and other social media networks, we’ve gotten away from doing them, doing general social media events instead. This Tweetup is different – if you’re not on Twitter but only on Instagram, you’re still invited, and we look forward to following you just the same. It’s a #SDTweetup in the spirit of meeting those you follow on any social media networks!
