Como Ceviche! Hola and Adios

The new freshest seafood spot in San Diego, Como Ceviche!, opened it’s doors at the beginning of this month and became an instant catch. Offering unique ceviche recipes from Peru, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador, this fast-casual dining experience allows you to easily enjoy your meal at the restaurant or anywhere you prefer. This is perfect for those on-the-go summer days or the colder season if you prefer to eat in the comfort of your own home.

Como Ceviche! recipes all include locally caught seafood to offer a fresh and flavorful experience to its customers. When it comes to ordering, first choose the type of style you want and then customize it to your liking by selecting whether you would like it as traditional ceviche, or a bowl or wrap, and then select your protein. Your choices of fish are fresh fish, calamari, octopus or shrimp. Keep in mind you can also order any or all of them in your meal. They also offer vegetarian options.

Menu Styles:

  • Peruvian (Rocoto Style)
  • Peruvian (Aji Amarillo Style)
  • Mexican (Baja Style)
  • Mexican (Sinaloa – Aguachile Style)
  • Caribbean (Tropical)
  • Cuban (Coconut)
  • Vegan

I had the Peruvian Aji Amarillo in a wrap, with all 4 proteins, and it was delicious! The distinct flavors of each style bring variety, and along with trying different mixes of the protein, and the three formats of prep, means you have dozens of combinations to find your favorite.
